Mohammed's Scholarship

Mohammed scored third highest in his country of Tanzania on university exams. That allowed him to get a partial scholarship that covers 40% of his expenses. Mohammed’s family is very poor and cannot afford to help him. We are funding the balance of Mohammed’s university expenses so he can complete his degree.
Hungry for Learning
This adventure all started with a shoe box. This was a Christmas shoe box sent out to a child that was in need, hopefully. The box was received by a child, a young girl in a refugee camp in Uganda.
Smile In Nepal
Why was I inspired: We saw Teertha, a baby of not quite a year old, in the back of the cold store where we crossed the river, returning from the elephant compound in Chitwan, Nepal. Her father ferried the little boats across the water, her mother sold Cokes and candy bars to the tourists. Teertha was trying to eat and crying, the food falling from her mouth because of the cleft in her palate and lip.
The Yusuph Project

Two months in America, College in Africa, and running water all came about from a small question like "How can I help?"
